FansToCreator is operated as a sole proprietorship by ANKIT OMPRAKASH VERMA, having its business address at 43 SHAKTI NAGAR, PANDESARA, SURAT, GUJARAT 394221, INDIA. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms and related policies including Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, and Creator Terms.

1. Eligibility

  1. Platform access is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older.
  2. No person under 18 may register, subscribe, pay, upload content, or use creator tools.
  3. By using the platform, you confirm legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
  4. We may request age, identity, or supporting verification at any time.

2. Nature of Platform

  1. FansToCreator is a technology facilitator for creator-user interactions.
  2. We are not the creator, performer, advisor, employer, or legal representative of creators.
  3. Creators are solely responsible for their content, pricing, conduct, and promises.
  4. We do not guarantee legality, timing, quality, safety, or outcome of creator offerings.

3. Accounts and Security

  1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current account details.
  2. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all account activity.
  3. Report unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse immediately.
  4. We may restrict or terminate accounts with false identity or suspicious activity.

4. Payments and Billing

  1. Payments are processed by third-party providers integrated by the platform.
  2. Payouts may be subject to platform fees, processing charges, taxes, and reviews.
  3. We may deduct statutory or compliance-based amounts where legally required.
  4. Third-party processor delays, banking failures, or KYC issues are outside our direct control.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Underage access or exploitation.
  2. Illegal, exploitative, violent, hateful, or unlawful content.
  3. Fraud, chargeback abuse, identity abuse, impersonation, or payment manipulation.
  4. IP infringement, privacy violation, malware, scraping, or security bypass attempts.
  5. Harassment, threats, blackmail, coercion, or doxxing.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may monitor, investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, hold payouts, restrict features, suspend accounts, and cooperate with payment partners, regulators, or law enforcement where needed for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellation handling are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

Platform services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal provisions.
