FansToCreator currently supports this paid online digital creator service:

1. Creator Subscription / Digital Membership Access

FansToCreator does not sell physical goods. All payments made on the platform are for online digital creator services only.

Why FansToCreator Requires an Online Payment Gateway

FansToCreator requires an online payment gateway to securely collect payments from users for creator subscriptions and digital membership access.

• Confirm successful, failed, or pending transactions.
• Provide a secure checkout experience.
• Maintain transaction records.
• Support refund handling where applicable.
• Help process creator settlements after applicable deductions.

Payment Flow for Users

The user payment journey on FansToCreator is:

1. User visits FansToCreator.
2. User opens a creator profile.
3. User selects a Creator Subscription / Digital Membership tier.
4. User reviews the order summary.
5. User clicks the Pay button.
6. User completes payment through the payment gateway.
7. Payment success, failure, or pending status is shown on the website.
8. After successful payment, the user receives access to the selected digital service.

Order Summary

Before payment, users can review the order summary. Users should review the order summary carefully before making payment.

• Selected creator.
• Selected service.
• Service price.
• Applicable taxes or charges, if any.
• Final payable amount.

Available Paid Services

1. Creator Subscription / Digital Membership

Users can pay a subscription fee to access creator membership and content access on FansToCreator. After successful payment, the user receives access to the selected creator subscription as per the subscription terms shown on the website.

Example Transaction: Non-GST Creator

This example shows how a normal creator subscription payment works when the creator is not GST registered.

User Flow

1. User visits FansToCreator.
2. User opens an approved creator profile.
3. User selects a subscription tier, for example Rs 100 per month.
4. User reviews the order summary before payment.
5. User clicks Continue to Pay.
6. User completes payment through the payment gateway.
7. If payment succeeds, the user gets subscription access for the selected duration.
8. User can view eligible member-only creator posts/content.
9. Transaction is stored in user transaction history and creator/admin payout records.

Order Summary Shown Before Payment

• Creator name.
• Selected subscription tier.
• Base amount: Rs 100.
• GST: No GST surcharge for this creator.
• Total payable: Rs 100.

Platform Commission Example

For creator subscriptions, FansToCreator platform commission is 10%. On a Rs 100 subscription, the simple commission calculation is:

Other possible deductions may apply before final creator payout:

• Payment gateway charge.
• Gateway GST on processing fee.
• TDS/TCS if applicable.
• Refund, chargeback, or dispute adjustment if any.

User-facing GST note: GST is not added because this creator is not GST registered. Total payable is the subscription price shown before checkout.

Platform Role in Payments

FansToCreator is the single platform/operator for the website payment flow. Creator pages are profile pages inside FansToCreator, not separate merchant websites. Users complete payment through the FansToCreator checkout flow, and the platform provides creator onboarding, transaction tracking, access activation, policy enforcement, dispute handling, refund review, and creator payout processing.

FansToCreator earns a platform commission from creator earnings:

Apart from platform fees, applicable payment gateway charges, TDS, TCS, GST, refund adjustments, chargeback adjustments, dispute adjustments, or other lawful deductions may apply as per applicable laws and payment gateway rules.

Creator Settlement

After successful user payments, creator earnings are calculated after applicable deductions. Creator payouts are planned to be processed weekly to the creator's registered bank account after deductions.

FansToCreator may hold, delay, freeze, or adjust creator payouts in cases of suspicious activity, fraud, policy violation, user complaint, refund request, chargeback, dispute, incorrect payout details, or legal/compliance requirement.

Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, the user may not receive access to the selected service unless the payment is successfully confirmed. If a payment is pending, access may be provided only after payment confirmation.

If a duplicate payment or payment deduction issue occurs, the user may contact FansToCreator support with transaction details for review.

Refund Handling

Refunds are limited and handled as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

• Duplicate payment.
• Failed transaction where amount was debited.
• Payment deducted but subscription access was not provided.
• Verified technical issue from the platform side.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method as per payment gateway timelines.

Prohibited Payments

FansToCreator does not allow payments for:

• Physical goods.
• Adult or sexual content.
• Nudity or obscene content.
• Escort or dating services.
• Gambling, betting, or lottery.
• Illegal products or services.
• Fraudulent services.
• Harmful or abusive activity.
• Any service prohibited by law or payment gateway rules.

FansToCreator may cancel transactions, suspend accounts, remove creators, or hold payouts if any prohibited activity is found.
