Minor Safety and CSAE Policy

1. Adult-Only Platform Rule

1. Only people who are 18 years or older may create or use a FansToCreator account.
2. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from registering, subscribing, paying, uploading content, or using creator tools.
3. Creators must be 18 years or older and may be required to complete additional verification.
4. If we identify an account as belonging to a minor, we may suspend or terminate the account, restrict access, preserve evidence, and take any required safety action.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, solicitation, sexualization of minors, or attempts to direct users to such material, is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate content removal, account termination, payout holds, evidence preservation, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant partners where applicable.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

1. Child sexual abuse material: Any content that depicts, promotes, requests, describes, stores, shares, links to, or enables sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
2. Sexualization of minors: Any image, video, text, comment, profile, message, edited media, AI-generated content, or digitally altered material that sexualizes a minor or presents a minor in a sexually suggestive way.
3. Grooming and exploitation: Any attempt to manipulate, pressure, solicit, entice, coerce, threaten, blackmail, or communicate with a minor for sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe purposes.
4. Age misrepresentation: Pretending to be an adult or helping a minor bypass age restrictions, verification, or platform safety controls is prohibited.
5. Non-consensual or manipulated content: Sharing, requesting, creating, or distributing content involving minors without lawful authority, including deepfakes, AI-generated media, edited images, or copied material.
6. External links or redirection: Posting, sending, selling, trading, or directing users to CSAE-related content on any website, platform, storage service, messaging service, or external channel.
7. Encouragement of harm: Content that praises, instructs, normalizes, jokes about, encourages, or organizes CSAE-related conduct.

4. Review and Detection

FansToCreator may use a combination of account checks, creator verification, user reports, manual moderation, technical safeguards, metadata review, and other safety signals to detect and respond to possible minor-safety violations. We do not promise that every interaction is proactively reviewed, but reports and safety escalations are treated seriously and prioritized.

5. Reporting CSAE or Minor-Safety Violations

If you find any creator page, post, media, profile, link, or activity that violates this policy or the Community Guidelines, report it immediately through the Report Creator page:

You may also contact our child safety/support team at support@fanstocreator.com. Include the creator page URL, account details if known, screenshots or evidence if safe to provide, and a clear description of the concern. Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute CSAE material while reporting.

6. Enforcement Actions

1. Immediate removal or restriction of violating content, links, or accounts.
2. Temporary or permanent suspension of user or creator accounts.
3. Payout holds, monetization restrictions, or creator feature removal where relevant.
4. Preservation of account, transaction, content, and technical evidence where appropriate.
5. Reporting or cooperation with law enforcement, regulators, payment partners, or child-safety organizations where required or appropriate.
6. Legal action or further platform action for severe, repeated, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.

7. Protection Measures

1. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old before using the platform.
2. Creators may be subject to manual approval, identity review, PAN/billing review, and other verification checks.
3. Minor-related safety reports are reviewed with priority and may trigger immediate restrictions.
4. Accounts suspected of underage use, age evasion, grooming, exploitation, or unsafe behavior may be limited or removed.

8. Continuous Improvement

FansToCreator may update this policy, reporting paths, detection methods, review workflows, and enforcement standards as laws, platform risks, payment partner requirements, and child safety best practices evolve. By using FansToCreator, all users and creators agree to comply with this policy and related platform rules.
