Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Last Updated: April 29, 2026

This policy applies to all creator accounts and governs creator eligibility, verification, content responsibilities, pricing, payments, payouts, deductions, tax handling, disputes, and enforcement.

1. Eligibility and Approval

  1. Creators must be 18 years or older.
  2. Creators must provide accurate account, identity, tax, payout, and contact information.
  3. Onboarding is subject to manual review, trust and safety review, payment-risk review, and compliance checks.
  4. Creator access may be approved, paused, rejected, suspended, or revoked at any time for safety, legal, payment, fraud, or compliance reasons.
  5. Approval as a creator does not create employment, agency, partnership, or representative status with FansToCreator.

2. Verification Data

We may require PAN, bank details, IFSC, account holder details, GST data where applicable, address proof, identity proof, and additional compliance declarations.

  1. Submitted details must belong to the creator or legally authorized payout recipient.
  2. Creators must keep verification and payout information current and correct.
  3. Mismatch, false documents, unreadable documents, forged documents, or incomplete information may delay approval or payouts.
  4. We may request re-verification or additional documents before enabling features or releasing payouts.

3. Creator Content Rules

Creators must follow the Community Guidelines and may only publish lawful content they have the right to share. Pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, minor-related sexual, hateful, violent, misleading, or copyrighted content is not allowed. Violations may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, payout holds, account suspension, account termination, and legal escalation where required.

  1. Creators are responsible for all posts, media, titles, descriptions, tiers, memberships, and links they publish or share.
  2. Creators must not misrepresent content, pricing, availability, benefits, access rights, or expected outcomes.
  3. Creators must not pressure users to move payments, requests, or disputes outside the platform to bypass platform rules.
  4. Creators must not request private IDs, banking details, home addresses, private contact details, passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive information from users.
  5. Sponsored content, paid promotion, affiliate promotion, or commercial relationship must be disclosed clearly where applicable.

4. Creator Services and Pricing

Creators may offer subscription tiers and digital membership access where enabled by the platform. Creators are responsible for setting clear and lawful prices, titles, access rules, and service descriptions.

  1. Subscription tier prices and benefits must be accurate and not misleading.
  2. Member-only posts must clearly follow the selected visibility and tier access settings.
  3. GST, platform charges, payment processing fees, or other lawful charges may be added, deducted, or displayed separately where applicable.
  4. FansToCreator may change, restrict, or remove pricing features, minimum/maximum limits, fee structures, or available monetization tools.

5. Fees and Deductions

Platform commission, payment processing charges, GST handling, TDS, TCS, reserves, and lawful compliance deductions may apply per transaction type and tax profile.

  1. Deduction profiles may differ for creators with GST details and creators without GST details.
  2. Fees may vary by transaction type, payment method, tax status, gateway cost, payout method, or compliance requirement.
  3. Displayed creator earnings may be estimated until payment settlement, dispute review, tax calculation, and payout reconciliation are complete.
  4. FansToCreator may update platform fees, gateway charges, reserves, deductions, and tax handling from time to time.

6. Payout Holds and Adjustments

We may hold, delay, reduce, reverse, or reserve payouts due to disputes, chargebacks, fraud risk, KYC mismatch, legal obligations, or unresolved compliance issues.

  1. Payouts may be released only after successful payment settlement and internal reconciliation.
  2. Pending chargebacks, refund claims, suspicious transactions, unusual activity, or policy reports may delay payout release.
  3. Amounts connected to prohibited content, fraud, abuse, or disputed services may be held, reversed, forfeited, or adjusted where lawful.
  4. We may maintain reserves to cover refunds, chargebacks, tax adjustments, gateway reversals, or legal obligations.
  5. Payout schedules are operational targets and may vary due to banking, gateway, compliance, or review delays.

7. Tax Responsibility

Creators are responsible for their own tax registration, filings, and statutory compliance. Platform-side deductions may still be applied where legally required.

  1. Creators must determine whether GST registration, income tax filings, professional tax, or other legal obligations apply to them.
  2. Creators must provide correct PAN, GST, address, and payout details where requested.
  3. TDS, TCS, GST, platform GST handling, or other deductions may apply based on law and the creator's submitted tax profile.
  4. Creators remain responsible for paying any tax, penalty, interest, filing, reporting, or compliance obligation not directly handled by the platform.
  5. Creators should consult their own tax or legal advisor for personal tax treatment.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and User Disputes

User refunds, failed-service claims, payment reversals, chargebacks, gateway disputes, and unauthorized-transaction reports may affect creator earnings and payouts.

  1. If a refund, reversal, or chargeback is approved, the related creator earnings may be reduced or reversed.
  2. Creators may be asked to provide evidence about subscription access, delivery, or account activity.
  3. Failure to deliver a paid service, repeated complaints, misleading claims, or policy violations may result in payout adjustment or feature restriction.
  4. False or abusive creator conduct during disputes may lead to account enforcement.

9. Negative Balances

Where reversals or liabilities exceed available earnings, negative balances may be recovered from future payouts or other lawful recovery methods.

  1. Negative balances may arise from refunds, chargebacks, tax corrections, gateway reversals, overpayments, or policy enforcement.
  2. We may offset negative balances against future creator earnings.
  3. We may require repayment before restoring payout access or monetization features.

10. Account Controls and Enforcement

FansToCreator may take action to protect users, creators, the platform, payment partners, and legal compliance.

  1. Possible actions include warning, content removal, feature restriction, monetization pause, payout hold, account suspension, or account termination.
  2. Severe cases may be escalated to payment partners, regulators, law enforcement, or legal advisors.
  3. Repeated violations may lead to permanent creator removal and loss of platform access.
  4. Creators may contact support for review where an appeal or clarification is available.

11. Policy Changes and Continued Use

FansToCreator may update creator rules, allowed or prohibited content categories, fees, deductions, payout methods, verification requirements, tax handling, monetization tools, and service availability. By continuing to use creator features after updates are posted or notified, creators accept the updated terms and policies.
