The website does not represent multiple unrelated businesses. Creator pages are profile pages inside the FansToCreator platform. They are not separate merchant websites and do not operate their own payment gateway checkout on this website.

2. What FansToCreator Does

FansToCreator provides an online platform where approved creators can offer digital membership access to users. The current public paid digital service is:

All payments on the website are for online digital creator services and digital access only. FansToCreator does not sell physical goods.

3. Role of Creators

Creators are approved platform users/content providers who use FansToCreator tools to create profile pages, publish eligible content, set digital service pricing, and receive eligible earnings after platform review and deductions.

Creators are not shown as separate payment gateway merchants at checkout. Users complete payment through the FansToCreator platform checkout flow. FansToCreatormanages payment status, access control, support, moderation, refund review, dispute review, and creator payout processing.

4. Platform Responsibilities

• Website and creator profile hosting.
• Creator onboarding and approval controls.
• Payment checkout flow and transaction tracking.
• Digital access activation after successful payment.
• User support, report handling, refund review, and dispute handling.
• Policy enforcement, creator restrictions, payout review, and creator payout processing.

5. Revenue Model

FansToCreator earns platform commission from eligible creator earnings. Creator payouts are processed after applicable platform fees, payment gateway charges, tax deductions, refunds, chargebacks, dispute adjustments, and compliance checks.

6. Prohibited Business Categories

FansToCreator does not allow payments or creator activity for:

• Physical goods or shipping-based commerce.
• Adult, nude, pornographic, obscene, escort, dating, or sexual services.
• Gambling, betting, lottery, raffles, or games of chance.
• Alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, weapons, or restricted products.
• Financial products, investment advice, cryptocurrency selling, or money movement services.
• Any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or payment-gateway-prohibited activity.

If prohibited activity is found, FansToCreator may remove content, restrict creator features, cancel transactions, hold payouts, suspend accounts, or cooperate with payment partners and authorities where required.
