4. Creator: A verified or pending creator who uses platform tools to publish content, create tiers, receive subscriptions, or receive payouts.
5. Subscriber or user: A person who creates an account, subscribes to creators, purchases membership access, submits reports, or otherwise uses platform services.
6. Personal data: Information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, including information treated as personal, sensitive, or protected under applicable Indian law.
7. Platform: FansToCreator, its website, creator pages, dashboards, support/reporting tools, payment flows, and related services.

4. Personal Data We Collect

A. Account and Profile Data

• Name, username, email address, phone number where provided, profile information, and login metadata.
• Account status, role, verification status, security settings, and user preferences.
• Support requests, complaint records, report submissions, and appeal details.

B. Creator Verification and Payout Data

• Creator onboarding information, approval status, review notes, and compliance records.
• PAN, GST details where applicable, billing address, personal/address details, and uploaded proof documents where required.
• Bank account holder name, bank account number, IFSC, bank name, payout method, payout status, and reconciliation data.
• Tax, deduction, TDS/TCS/GST handling, payout hold, dispute, and audit records.

C. Financial and Transaction Data

• Order IDs, payment references, payment status, transaction amount, currency, taxes, gateway status, and refund/chargeback records.
• Subscription, membership access, payment, and access history.
• We do not intentionally store full card numbers or full payment credentials; payment processors handle payment instrument details under their own policies.

D. Content, Communication, and Activity Data

• Creator posts, images, videos, text, links, titles, descriptions, tier data, and media metadata.

3. With service providers: Hosting, storage, payment processing, payout, banking, email, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and infrastructure providers may process data for platform operations.
4. With professional advisors: Legal, tax, accounting, audit, and compliance advisors may receive data where needed.
5. With authorities: Regulators, courts, law enforcement, government agencies, payment partners, or safety partners may receive data where required or permitted by law, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, child safety, or legal process.

4. After account deletion or deactivation, some data may remain for legal, fraud, safety, tax, audit, or dispute reasons.
