FansToCreator charges a 10% platform commission on the creator's base membership price when a paid subscription is received.

How the 10% Platform Commission Works
FansToCreator's platform commission is calculated on the base value of the creator's membership, before creator GST.
For example, if a creator sets a membership price of ₹499 per month:

The platform commission is deducted before the creator's final payout is calculated.
Pricing for Non-GST-Registered Creators
If a creator is not GST registered, creator GST is not added to the membership price.

The final creator payout is also affected by actual Cashfree processing charges, applicable gateway GST and any valid adjustments.
TCS does not apply to the standard non-GST payout profile.
Pricing for GST-Registered Creators
For GST-registered creators, 18% creator GST is added to the base membership price at checkout.
For example, with a ₹499 base membership:

The creator GST amount of ₹89.82 is identified separately as creator GST payable.
Creator GST is not included in the TDS or TCS calculation base. Both TDS and TCS are calculated using the ₹499 base membership price in this example.
GST on the FansToCreator Platform Commission
FansToCreator's tax reporting calculates 18% GST on the platform commission.
This amount is tracked as FansToCreator's output GST and is not currently shown as a separate additional creator deduction in the settlement snapshot.
This should not be confused with creator GST. Creator GST is the 18% GST added to a membership price when the creator has an applicable GST profile.
Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges are not a fixed additional FansToCreator platform fee.
The actual Cashfree payment-processing charge and applicable gateway GST for a transaction are deducted from creator earnings.
Because gateway charges can depend on the payment method and Cashfree's applicable pricing, the deduction may vary between transactions.
Does FansToCreator Charge Customers a Convenience Fee?
No separate customer convenience fee is currently charged by FansToCreator.
Customers normally pay the base membership price plus creator GST when applicable.
- A non-GST creator charging ₹499 results in a customer payment of ₹499.
- A GST-registered creator charging a ₹499 base price results in a customer payment of ₹588.82 after 18% creator GST is added.
Refunds, Disputes and Chargebacks
Refunded, reversed, disputed or charged-back transactions can reduce creator earnings.
If an adjustment occurs before payout, the affected amount may reduce or hold the payout.
If an adjustment occurs after the creator has already been paid, it may create a negative balance that can be recovered from future creator payouts or through another lawful recovery method.
