FansToCreator Creator Payouts

FansToCreator pays eligible verified creators weekly in INR to their registered Indian bank account.

There is currently no minimum payout threshold.

Creator payouts are subject to successful KYC verification, payment settlement reconciliation and applicable fees, taxes, refunds, disputes or account adjustments.

FansToCreator Payout Schedule

FansToCreator uses a weekly creator settlement cycle.

After the Thursday cycle ends, eligible transactions are reconciled against Cashfree settlement information.

Transactions that have not yet been settled by the payment gateway are not included prematurely. They roll into a later eligible payout cycle.

How Creator Payouts Work

1. A customer purchases a creator membership.
2. Cashfree processes and settles the transaction.
3. FansToCreator reconciles eligible transactions after the settlement cycle.
4. Applicable platform fees, gateway charges, taxes and adjustments are calculated.
5. A weekly payout receipt is generated.
6. The payout is transferred to the creator's registered bank account.
7. The creator receives an email after the payout is marked as paid.

How Creators Receive Their Payout

Creator earnings are transferred to the Indian bank account registered and verified on the creator's FansToCreator account.

When a payout is completed:

• The payout status changes to paid.
• A bank UTR or payment reference is recorded.
• The creator receives an email notification.
• The payout appears in the creator's payout history.

After FansToCreator marks a payout as paid, creators should allow approximately 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in their bank account.

Bank processing time can vary because of weekends, bank holidays and the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Is There a Minimum Creator Payout?

No. FansToCreator currently does not enforce a minimum creator payout threshold.

Eligible creator earnings can therefore be processed through the normal weekly settlement cycle without waiting for the creator account to reach a fixed minimum payout amount.

What Is Deducted Before Payout?

For GST-registered creators, creator GST collected at checkout is identified separately from the base membership price.

Example Payout for a ₹499 Non-GST Membership

Suppose a subscriber purchases a ₹499 membership from a creator who is not GST registered.

The final payout is also affected by actual Cashfree processing charges, applicable gateway GST and any valid adjustments.

TCS does not apply to the standard non-GST payout profile.

Example Payout for a ₹499 GST-Registered Creator

For a GST-registered creator, 18% creator GST is added to the base membership price.

Creator GST is tracked separately and is not included in the TDS or TCS calculation base.

The exact final payout also depends on payment gateway charges and any applicable settlement adjustments.

Creator Verification Required for Payouts

FansToCreator onboarding is currently intended for Indian creators who are at least 18 years old.

Creators must complete the required identity, tax and payout verification before eligible earnings can be paid.

GSTIN is required when applicable to the creator's tax profile.

Bank Account Requirements

The PAN, Aadhaar and bank information submitted to FansToCreator must belong to the same creator.

Names should match across the creator's identity, tax and payout information.

Third-party bank accounts and third-party payout details are prohibited.

Creator Payout Statuses

FansToCreator currently uses four primary payout statuses.

Creator payout history displays information including the settlement cycle, receipt number, amount, status and paid date.

Payout Holds and Adjustments

FansToCreator may hold, delay, adjust, reduce, reverse or reserve a creator payout when necessary.

Reasons may include:

• Refunds
• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• KYC problems
• Prohibited content
• User reports
• Payment gateway settlement delays
• Legal or regulatory requirements

A payout being placed on hold does not automatically mean that the creator has permanently lost those earnings. The outcome depends on the reason for the hold and the result of any applicable review.

What Happens After a Refund or Chargeback?

If a refund, payment reversal, dispute or chargeback occurs before payout, the affected amount may reduce or delay the current payout.

If the adjustment occurs after the creator has already received the money, it may create a negative balance.

The negative balance may be recovered from future creator earnings or through another lawful recovery process where necessary.

Payout Receipts and History

Each FansToCreator creator payout receives a settlement receipt number.

Creators can view their payout receipts and payout history through their creator dashboard.

The payout history currently includes information such as:

• Settlement cycle
• Payout receipt number
• Payout amount
• Payout status
• Paid date

FansToCreator does not currently provide a downloadable formal creator payout statement or creator tax invoice through the payout page.

Payout Currency and Supported Payment Methods

FansToCreator's normal subscription checkout and creator payout workflow operates in Indian rupees (INR).

The platform supports Indian payment methods through its payment infrastructure, including UPI, bank-based payment methods and other supported Indian payment options.
